This is a problem that has to be addressed because what can start with a small crack will turn into a big one over time, so the questions is do you fix the problem now or later?
Using a grout saw or using the pointed end of the lever can opener, you can get rid of the loose grout and score stable grout. Then mix the replacement grout as per the directions. Spread the grout where you need to and make sure you get in all the joints. Take your finger and spread the mixture into the joints. Then let the grout set and then use a sponge or damp cloth and wipe the extra mixture from the surface. It should set within a ½ an hour.
