Sometimes you will come across a problem with your tile floor. Here are some of the most common problems and solutions. This is the most common problem, What if the Tile gets dirty? You can clean the floors with a damp mop. Use the scratch pad on the end of the mop and scrape out the dirt and then you can use a cleaner to remove the dirt residue but do not use a cleaner with bleach.

What if one of the tiles is cracked or broken, what should I do? Unfortunately, you can only really do one thing and that is to remove the tile and replace it. It is really the only way. The Tile Grout needs to be repaired, what should I do? This is a problem that has to be addressed because what can start with a small crack will turn into a big one over time, so the questions is do you fix the problem now or later?

Using a grout saw or using the pointed end of the lever can opener, you can get rid of the loose grout and score stable grout. Then mix the replacement grout as per the directions. Spread the grout where you need to and make sure you get in all the joints. Take your finger and spread the mixture into the joints. Then let the grout set and then use a sponge or damp cloth and wipe the extra mixture from the surface. It should set within a ½ an hour.
